The process was organised and clear. They confirmed what I was looking for, suggested the Ari area based on my commute to Chatuchak, and I was happy with that recommendation. The viewing was accompanied and included a walk to the BTS stop, which I found genuinely useful. The only thing I'd say is that availability in Ari is tight, so it took a couple of extra viewings before finding the right place — but that's the market, not Tandem.

Approach
Tandem mapped the Sathorn and Silom transit corridors and identified three viable neighborhoods. Six properties were shortlisted across two viewings. Transit walkthroughs from each to BTS Sala Daeng were conducted to demonstrate practical commute times.
Outcome
Lease signed in three weeks from initial brief. Property located in a well-managed building in Surasak with a seven-minute commute door-to-door. The analyst subsequently enrolled in the retainer service upon moving in.
